Today's pork producers know that biosecurity is essential in every aspect of pig production.

While the concept is simple—preventing the spread of pathogens coming into or leaving a farm—the many facets of an effective biosecurity program can be overwhelming and difficult to measure.

2023 to 2024 2nd Quarter Comparison:

• ↓ Repeat % moved from 5.71 to 5.03
• ↑ Farrowing Rate from 84.76 to 85.58
• ↑ P/S/Y increased from 28.24 to 29.14

1st to 2nd Quarter Comparison:

• ↑ Farrowing Rate from 83.62 to 85.58
• ↑ Avg. Total Pigs/ Litter went from 15.87 to 16.05
• ↓ Pre-weaning Mortality 14.26 to 14.19
• ↑ P/S/Y increased from 28.30 to 29.14
