Ingredients:
- 1 T. water
- 1 T. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. boneless pork loin roast, cut into 4-3/4 to 1 inch slices
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 T. margarine/butter
- 1 T. snipped fresh chives or parsley
Directions:
1. Stir together water, Worcestershire, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside.
2. Trim fat from pork slices; sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 6 large potatoes (cooked, cooled, sliced)
- 2 T butter/margarine
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 T flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Fry meat until crumbly; drain well.
2. Saute onion in butter (start at 6, reduce to 2-3). Add Salt, pepper and flour. Stir until smooth.

Ingredients:
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 3-3 1/2 lbs mixed boneless pork (loin and leg)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup lard
- 1 orange, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 small onion, thickly sliced
- Warm tortillas
For salsa:
- i bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 white onion
- 8-10 pickled jalapeno chili slices
- 3 T. freshly squeezed orange juice

Ingredients:
- 32 oz. bag of frozen hash browns
- 1 lb. of cooked ham, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Layer 1/2 of each frozen hash browns, ham, onions and cheese in the bottom of a 5 qt. crock-pot. Repeat 2 times.
2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the mixture in the crock-pot.

Ingredients:
- 8 strips of thick cut bacon
- 2 cups grated old cheddar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1-12 fl. oz. bottle pale ale
- 3 tablespoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
