Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1/4 cup of heavy cream (whipping cream) - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese - dried parsley flakes - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1 small onion (optional) - 3 green onions, chopped (optional) - 2 mushrooms, sliced (optional) - 1/2 lb. pasta Directions: 1. Pork Month Recipe: Grilled Pork Souvlaki

Ingredients: - 2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder, cut in 3/4 inch cubes - 1 1/2 t. Greek oregano - 1/2 t. pepper - 1 t. sea salt - 2 T. red wine - 2 T. olive oil Directions: 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well. 2. Add pork and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.  3. Thread marinated pork cubes on skewers. Pork Month Recipe: Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Little Smokies

Ingredients: - 1 pkg. (16 oz.) of little smokies - 1 pkg. (12 oz.) thick sliced bacon - 2 cups packed brown sugar - 1 stick butter Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400oF. 2. Cut each bacon slice into 3-4 pieces. 3. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a 15x10x1- inch baking pan. 4.
