Donna and Jayne, on the road again!

Donna and Jayne kicked off the busy fall and winter agricultural show season with a trip to Minnesota for the annual Alan D. Leman Swine Conference, hosted by the University of Minnesota September 19-22. They were busy showing off the new features of PigCHAMP (download available now for all customers) and connecting with industry colleagues and friends. Attending shows gives PigCHAMP staff the opportunity to meet with our international agents, and we were pleased to visit with Dennis Robles and ...

The Quest for the all-American hot dog!

Bright and early , Donna and I went to a farm for a visit, in order for me to see how they implement the device in their daily production.  Shaun took us through each of his barns and all I can say is WOW, his pigs are perfect!! He showed me how he enters the data directly in the farrowing barn, and I was amazed at how quickly it was done.  He even took a picture of me and Donna in our white overalls and I even had bright pink flip flops. Training a whole group of people to use new software is always a challenge. People get comfortable with what they currently use, and change can be difficult for some. But for Japfa Comfeed, the challenge is even greater, because they have never used p ...

It's all about the food...

The Grow-Finish team was actively engaged in learning how to enter historical data into the PigCHAMP Grow-Finish program. They are nearly caught up!

After another productive day it was time for dinner with some of the team nothing like a little sushi and dessert .... As Sara says,  "sharing is caring."

More food pictures... I know, right!
